Shae is an amazing, kindhearted woman. When you tell her you have goals she’s going to make sure you hit them. She doesn’t just bark orders at you, she takes time to explain what the exercise is, what muscle(s) they target, and how they are supposed to look. When you get hurt, she makes sure you rest and hydrate. She wants what’s best for you, but you have to want it too! I started out at 120lbs, I now weigh 145lbs and I learned EVERYTHING from Shae :)

There is not enough words to express how great a trainer Shae is but I will try. First, she is very professional, warm, and enthusiastic about helping you achieve your personal goals. She takes the time to get to know you thoroughly, asking the right questions to make sure she understands your wants and needs. I am not new to the gym but I have been away for quite some time and she made me feel like I never stepped away. Shae is the gym buddy I needed, helping me correct my form and pushes me to complete my sets safely. It’s been under a month since I started training with Shae and I can already see and feel the difference in my body. I have even had people ask my if I’ve been working out because they can see a change in my body. I’m a massage therapist and I’ve had clients tell me they feel I’ve gotten stronger and I haven’t even told them I started training. There is so much more to say but I want to end by saying I feel stronger, I feel more energized and I can see my body changing which makes me excited to see where I will be in even 3 months.
